Bleeding Support

Bleeding Support is a Tuning Stone released in Season 3. It can be inserted in the Seneschal Construct.

Effect

• 50% of the supported skill's damage dealt is applied as Bleeding damage over 5 seconds. Enemies take 30% bonus Bleeding damage from all sources while moving.
