Every 8 seconds, your Skeletal Mages cast a blizzard that deals 1 Cold damage and continuously Chills enemies for 8% over 6 seconds.

The Coldbringer's Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities
