Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Season 15 is almost here, accompanied by Patch 3.3

, which brings several item buffs and adjustments to

Terror

Patch 3.3 begins rolling out on August 18, while Ladder Season 15 starts on

• August 21 at 5:00 PM PDT, or
• August 22 at 2:00 AM CEST for European players.

Season 14 ends on August 17.

Several Classic Items Are Getting Buffed

Patch 3.3 gives some rarely used low-level Uniques and Set items a much-needed upgrade. Note that these changes only apply for Reign of the Warlock AND are Ladder-only!

Notable changes include:

• [@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "d2 unique", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop: now has +20% Faster Cast Rate instead of IAS and Enhanced Damage
• [@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "d2 unique", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop: +10% Faster Cast Rate
• [@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "d2 unique", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop: Faster Run/Walk increased to 30% and +1 Mana After Each Kill

The Angelic Raiment set is also receiving several improvements, with the complete set now granting +1 to All Skills. And

These changes are unlikely to reshape the endgame meta, but several of these items should become considerably more interesting during early Ladder progression and leveling.

Terror

Zone and Sunder Charm Changes

Blizzard

Tier 3+ Heralds will have a higher chance of dropping Rare or better items, while Latent Sunder Charms obtained through Magic Find are becoming rarer and will only drop in Hell difficulty. Their minimum drop level is also increasing from 69 to 75.

Worldstone Shards will become less common, although killing an enemy that drops a Worldstone Shard will now also produce an additional item. Ancient Statues are receiving a drop-rate reduction as well.

Previous Ladder-Only Runewords Move to Non-Ladder

With Season 15, several previously Ladder-exclusive items will become available in Non-Ladder, including Metamorphosis, Cure, Bulwark, Ground, Temper, Hearth, Mania and Hysteria.

As usual, Season 15 also resets the race to Level 99 and gives everyone another excuse to start fresh, hunt for early runeword bases and rebuild their characters from nothing.
